DIRECTOR
Martin is a Sydney-based mining executive and businessman with over a decade experience in M&A and corporate finance. Mr Holland was previously CEO of Lithium Power International and is currently Executive Chairman of Cobre Ltd (ASX: CBE) and non-executive director of Armada Metals (ASX: AMM). Martin listed 5 ASX exploration companies, collectively raising more than A$200M towards exploration on greenfields assets.
MICHAEL ADDISON
DIRECTOR
Michael founded 2 ASX listed mining and development companies (Endocoal Limited and Carabella Resources Limited) and an innovation and clean energy company Genex Power Limited (ASX: GNX). Michael has held board positions on ASX listed Stratum Metals Limited, Intra Energy Limited, Frontier Diamonds Limited and is currently a non-executive director of Cobre Limited. Michael is an engineer having received his degree as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.
ADAM WOOLDRIDGE
Technical Director
Adam Wooldridge is a seasoned geophysicist and geologist with nearly 30 years of exploration and technical leadership experience across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. He is a co-founder of several exploration-focused ventures—including consulting, geophysical contracting, and project generation companies—many of which have achieved successful commercial outcomes through private and public exits.
Adam is currently the CEO of ASX-listed Cobre Ltd, where he has led the company through a series of milestones, including the discovery of the Comet Cu-Ag deposit, selection as a BHP Xplor 2024 cohort member, and securing a US$25 million earn-in and JV agreement with BHP.
He holds BSc and BSc (Hons) degrees in Geology and Geophysics, is a professionally registered scientist, and a member of the ASEG. His broad technical experience across diverse deposit types and exploration settings—particularly in large-scale, multi-disciplinary target generation—provides a strong foundation for his role as Technical Director at Neu Horizon Uranium.

Brian Nizette is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in the IT industry. As a Contract CFO and Board member, he combines financial expertise with a strong technical background, ensuring a deep understanding of company and customer operations.

Exploration Manager
Conrad is an Exploration Geologist with over 18 years of multi-commodity exploration experience. Formerly the COO of the Mineral Services Group responsible for generating and leading numerous exploration projects across Africa for various junior exploration and mining companies. After 15 years working across Africa, Conrad moved to the UK in 2017 and established Rockman Consulting. For the past 7 years Rockman has worked on various precious and base metal projects in Sweden.
